SMS Opt-In Consent Documentation
This page documents how Inma Food & Distributor LLC collects consent from customers to receive transactional text messages about their delivery requests. It is provided for carrier and campaign review verification and is publicly accessible with no authentication.
1. Website opt-in (request form)
On the Request a Delivery form at inmadelivery.com/request-delivery, step 4 ("How do we reach you?") collects the customer's phone number and displays an unchecked consent checkbox the customer must actively check. The reproduction below uses the same styles as the live form.

This checkbox is unchecked by default. Consent is recorded only when the customer actively checks it. The consent state is stored with each request. The Privacy Policy and Terms links shown open inmadelivery.com/privacy and inmadelivery.com/terms.
2. Phone (verbal) opt-in
When a customer calls the Inma business line at (443) 264-0851 to request a delivery, before any text message is sent they are asked:
"Is it okay if we send you a text to confirm your delivery?"
Consent is recorded with the request. Only customers who agree receive text messages.
3. Text message opt-in
When a customer texts the Inma business line to request a delivery, that customer initiated message constitutes consent to receive delivery related replies: confirmations, quotes, and status updates.
Disclosures
- Message frequency varies based on delivery activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Customers can reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for assistance.
- Mobile phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
